“Light” is a neo-classical piece, performed predominately on piano, with minor accompaniment by synths. The piano at first feels ever-so bright with what could be a described as a poignant grace before you begin to notice the negative spaces between. They hang hauntingly between the notes, seemingly even absorbing the sounds, highlighting each key struck, emitting an air of yearning drifting in memory until the end. Just like yin and yang, T.K. explores the fact that without darkness there can be no “Light.”
